Timber wood-fired pizza is crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, and made by our specialized pizza chefs using only the freshest ingredients. Our imported Italian Morello Forni oven heats to 1000 degrees and cooks your 12” pie in minutes.

The pizza pie is placed directly on the floor of the oven and cooked until the crust is crispy with slightly charred edges.  The high temperature of our wood burning oven results in rapid rising and cooking of the dough, resulting in a crust that is both light and airy yet sturdy enough to hold your favorite toppings.
